Students always ask the right questions AND when we listen, we learn more!
This is why we visit medical schools, university hospitals and medical training centres in order to invite students, professors and universities to participate in the global discussion on the
health-care provider/patient relationship. We aim to inform the different actors within the health system about both the importance and the complexity of the health-care provider/patient
relationship, as well as the way in which this relationship affects the working conditions and the mental health of health-care providers.
An ever-evolving discussion : implementation of
collective knowledge
The conferences begin with either a showing of the documentary Behind the White Coat or an introduction of the chosen topics followed by debates with the public. The principal aim of this format is to stimulate a discussion that engages the public. By exploring several topics relating to the health-care provider/patient relationship in an on-going debate, the conferences develop a collective discussion, thus allowing everyone to share their own experiences and contribute to the debate.
